We thought we had something pretty special with this image of Kathy at the Carnegie Museum. So much so that we use it on our business cards! Well, lo and behold, someone we admire likes it too!
David Beckstead has a website where he lists the photos he likes from different photographers around the world. Who is David? To put it simply, one of our idols! This guy is a phenomenal photographer and is listed as one of the Top Ten in the world. So basically he knows his stuff.
It’s with great pleasure that we announce that we are Admired by Beckstead! Check us out on his website.

Paul and I are always looking for ways to go green and think globally while acting locally. So we’ve decided to submit one big lab print order per week rather than submit individual print orders as they arrive in our shopping cart.
What does that mean to you? Your order may take a little bit longer to get but here are the benefits to the environment:
- One overnight upload to the lab rather than 2-7 uploads (less electricity is used, less power needs to be generated)
- One confirmation email is sent (less server space is used, less plastic consumed as one hard drive is filled slower)
- One package is delivered (less gas is used as the delivery makes its way from the Southwest US to our house)
- One cardboard box is recycled (one big box is given to my friend who is an avid ebay seller, rather than 6 little boxes that are too small for her to use)
- One plastic wrap is utilized (less plastic wrap is always a good thing)
- One order sheet is printed (ditto to less paper which helps to keep trees around longer)
We hope that you will appreciate and join us in our efforts to be good citizens. And you can always look over the online gallery while you’re waiting for your photo order to arrive! Enjoy!
